Rover Sarah is Sarah Bailey, a Rover Scout in the Rovering 4 Life Association. She lives in the beautiful state of Utah, and along with scouting for herself and her family, she writes fantasy novels, draws, goes hiking, and loves camping. She believes, as Robert Baden-Powell did, that scouting is a pathway for people to appreciate God and His natural wonders on our wonderful planet. It is also an opportunity to develop self-confidence and self-reliance. She invites everyone to take part in the great game of scouting that will foster self-worth and a love for others.
